In 2022, I founded Beyond the 90, an award-winning women’s football publication.
Now accredited by major governing bodies including the WSL, NWSL, FA and UEFA, Beyond the 90 has grown from a personal blog into an international platform. What began as a solo project has evolved into a diverse team of writers across the world, delivering the latest news, insight and stories from women’s football.
While completing my A-levels, I submitted the website to the Future Journalism Stars competition, run by the University of Sunderland, where it was selected as the winning entry.
Just 18 months later, I represented Beyond the 90 at the 2024 Women’s FA Cup Final at Wembley, attending as accredited press.
Since then, both I and members of the team have covered major fixtures across domestic leagues, European competitions and international matches, including England fixtures.

In late 2025, I produced, presented and led the full post-production process for an exclusive podcast episode featuring Everton midfielder and Australia international Clare Wheeler.
Alongside my studies at the University of Lancashire I have regularly conducted interviews with players and managers from clubs across the WSL and WSL2. Ahead of the 2024-25 season I attended the centralised media days for both leagues, gathering content for features which were published throughout the season.
